Returns & Refunds

Carbon Culture Inc. return & refund policy is as follows:

• Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories.
• We do not accept returns for products that have been installed or painted.
• Final sale products are not eligible for returns.
• All products which are approved for return are for store credit only. 
• Returns / refunds are only eligible if you received the incorrect/damaged item from what you ordered.
• Returns are not eligible for custom products such as exhaust tips, full steering wheels.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product.
